Meat in the morning! My friend/trainer got me started on a couple of ounces of lean meat, and a handful of nuts, usually almonds. Great, simple start to the day :)

I have to agree. I'm glad he's losing the weight, but in the end, it's dangerous and the negative effects can and probably will pile up on him.

yeah I know they have the low-sodium version, but it's obviously a bit bland. I'd still rather have that occasionally than eat certain veggies I don't like. But I try to work the ones I do like (spinach, etc.) in everywhere I can.

Can't do without my coffee, but my boss (and weight loss/weightlifting mentor) got me on the meat and nut breakfast....some type of lean meat and a handful of almonds or cashews....does the trick :)

Hey my new friend :) I totally understand, as I'm on my 2nd or 3rd attempt to lose the amount I want to lose and change my life, happily I can say so far I've really changed and am undergoing a transformation :) I'm here if you need to talk or need support!
