Yeah if you have time slicing apples would be a lot better =) I'm usually on the go, so as you said it seems to be best for that reason. =)

You're welcome! i love caramel with apples, so I'm glad I found some with less calories. =) Its almost like the apple dippers at mcdonalds but those have 100 calories. I think this kind tastes better too!

I just did 300 crunches tonight! lol =) My goal on the days I workout is at least 200 crunches per day, but I've done as many as 700 in a day. It definitely makes you sore, but its so worth it!

On days I don't workout, I drink 9-10 8oz glasses per day, on days I do workout, I try for 11-15 8oz glasses. Just depends on how thirsty I am. But I do notice the more water I drink, the less hungry I am most days.

It does suck! But I've noticed too that when I workout while I'm on my time, I get less headaches, cramps, and I dont tend to feel as bloated. I just have to force myself to do some kind of workout even if i feel crappy lol =)

In the morning after you wake up and go to the bathroom! Usually the best time because you havent eaten or drunk anything yet. =) Works best for me.

I use Pandora as well! I set a station for "Jason Derulo" and i tend to get a lot of great up-beat songs to use =)

your weekly exercise goal and calories go off what you originally put when you made your profile. Like when I signed up I put that I wanted to workout 5 days/week for 45 mins/day, so unless you change your profile goals it'll stay the same as what you have listed for your workouts. =) hope that helps some.. I just ate some yellow squash =D I sauteed it with some mushrooms, in a little water, used 2 tsp. of Knorr chicken bouillon, and a little onion salt. yummy snack! =)

Try eating some dark chocolate, just don't over do it! ;) I try that off and on, or I'll eat a Cocoa Chip Full Bar, they satisfy a chocolatey type craving I get when I have the same problem! lol. Good luck =)

I made something about a week ago, it turned out realllyyy good. It was about 500 calories. I bought some Luigi Vitelli whole wheat fuselli pasta, cooked that, then I Sauteed some yellow squash, sun-dried julienne tomatoes, and mushrooms in a pan with some cut up chicken breast, and with one tbsp of challenge butter tuscan…

you're not the only one.. the only thing i can get myself to do as far as a workout in front of my bf is going for a walk, or using my elliptical. I wont do my dance arobics, pilates, etc in front of him lol I feel uncomfortable even tho he's the same way, supportive and helpful! And he loves me the way i am now... but…

If you dont feel up to necessarily "working out" more, try making yourself go for walks and listen to music while you do that! On days I dont feel like I can get myself to do much more, I make myself go for a 30-60 min walk, and I also try walking up and down my stairs off and on throughout the day. I know its not A LOT…

If it is too hot out, try getting some workout dvds to use inside =) I have a pilates dvd, some tae bo dvds, some dance arobics, etc. It helps some! I also try to walk up and down my staircases as much as i can. I can definitely feel my thighs burning! lol Good luck and be safe =)
