You can always ask. As long as your not waking him up to do it :) He can always say no.

I am in a very similar circumstance and trying to rectify things. Up until recently I would happily drink two bottles of wine a few nights a week. Like you I wouldn't/couldn't just have one glass... if the bottle is there I would drink it, I would even walk down and get another (the bottle shop is 100m from my house :/). I…

I wash mine every day in the shower with some soap and water and thus have no had any issues. Try washing it daily if your not already. Also you can pick up cheap bands on ebay :) Much better than having a hobo clinging to your wrist.

Would be bloody chuffed with 30kgs ... in fact I would be bloody chuffed to make it to 10kgs at the moment LOL I am heading to Soundwave in Feb 2015 and I don't want to be a heffalump in a moshpit sooooo here I am :D Feel free to add…

I'm going to Melbourne with my fella :D I haven't been before and its been a few years since I went to a big day out (like maybe 10..or more.. *sadface*). Definitely looking at it as motivation to get the weight off.

I thought messy hair was the done thing at the moment. I see countless teens with a giant fizzy mop sticking out all over and in their face and out from under hats.

Even fat partners/husbands cheat. True story.

I really wonder if approaching the school will cause unnecessary grief for the parents. Being poor is not the end of the world. Having been there a roof and food is more important than whether or not you can afford brand new clothes. I for one buy clothes a little big for my boys because I want more than a months wear out…

I think some people have a really unrealistic view of what 'healthy' is and it means something different to all of us. I believed I was eating good wholesome homecooking and it was mostly good for me... even after I ate the third/fourth/fifth plate :noway: Whilst the free spirit idea of just winging it is fine for some,…

I certainly treat myself to things because a life without wine, chocolate, cake and ice cream is no life at all.....I just try and fit them into my day within my calorie allowance or I try and find healthier ways of making these things. The only day I will not be logging is Christmas but now that I have reigned in my…

I really hope this does not happen. I am currently a 20 DD and I dont mind if the bra size goes down but the cup size staying the same would be rather nice. If it does go down then no more than a c... please please please :D

It depends what you make of it I guess and how you chose to approach things with your ex and your kids. When I separated and divorced from my husband I decided to try and settle things out of court and focus on the kids having a positive relationship with both parents (even when I wanted to kick him in the head). I never…

Ha. My mother says that too. Im "obsessed" because I weigh and keep a food diary. I spend a total of 10 minutes a day planning food, weighing it and putting it in. Glad Im not the only one.

My partner is completely supportive of me and my endeavours but he does not come to the gym with me at all mostly because I schedule when I go according to my work/kids/life schedule and he is at work. I work evenings so it makes sense I go through the day after I have done all the house chores and gotten the kids off to…
