  • Weights are not bad.. increasing your muscle also increases your metabolism. :) I dont have the Ripped in 30 dvds.. so I cant say much. I do have a lot of her videos though, and I can say I really enjoy 30 day shred.

  • Thanks everyone! :) I do dislike water on its own.. but I add a fibre supplement to my drink in the morning so that should be more then enough to add flavor. Edit: and the lemon is a good idea to!
