I found great 100 cal mini popcorn bags by jolly pop. :) Kashi bars are good to. Also drinking water to keep me full helps hold back the munchies.

Ohh and local conservation areas tend to have events or programs sometimes. If not hiking tends to be a great and cheap past time.

Personally I think girls (as a fellow female) should not be afraid of bulking up with some muscle. To me there is nothing "manly" about it. There is nothing wrong with looking as strong as you feel!

30 day shred has a lot of jumping.. maybe try jillian's trouble zone video. Its mostly weights.. so you may gain muscle weight. The hardest part for you may be the lunges but you can substitute with other moves. Its one of my fave videos. :)

I would consider buying wrist weights. :) You may find that better as it would leave your hands free.

Ive never tried any cleanses.. but I did increase my fibre either through food or a supplement. I did notice it made a difference.

My doctor does not recomend using birth control that prevents you from having a period.. but he is pretty old school. So Im not sure if it has any health effects according to anyone elses. I have a hard time without comfort food at night sometimes. If its that for you.. instead of cookies with my tea i try to have a granola bar or something. They have lots of things like special k bliss that are 90 cal a bar or Christie Thinsations that are 100 cal. I find eating strawberries helps me keep away from sweets…

I find calorie counters tend to over estimate.. so I try to underestimate the burn and then not eat those calories. If its more then you have written, in my mind its better for you in the long run. I could be wrong in doing this, these are just my thoughts.

Listen to some dark music when you are writing. Possibly something ambiant. Just make sure it fits the mood you are trying to create. I used to do this a lot when doing artwork. :)

Last time I was sick I tried to work in a cup of real apple juice in the mornings. It might be high in sugar and liquid calories but just a cup is your full daily dose of vitamin C which is what you need right now.

I like the special k 90 calorie bars. I also like these little tiny frozen yogurt bars by irresistibles for 90 cal. I still get awful cravings for chocolate so the small portions make it easier not to eat too much. I find opening a chocolate bar just to eat a few squares too tempting. :)
