I completely agree w/ what debcl6836 says! If you plan to continue to log to the MFP diary, as strange as it may seem, go ahead and change your macro numbers to 25% carb, 25 % protein, and 50% fat. I love to incorporate Spirulina in smoothies and I make air popped 'green' popcorn - combine a little salt, sriracha & spirulina with melted coconut oil & butter - drizzle over the popped corn.

That is my MO - Get up early and get my work out done before my brain knows what I'm doing. A hand full of raw almonds and a cup of ice water is all I need to get me going and working out. My morning cuppa and breakfast are always much appreciated!! Let me be clear - I do not do the 30DS... I Zumba.

Chia seeds and coconut oil, I'll put them in a smoothie, soup, air popped corn, salad and coconut lattes are wonderful (yes, I put coconut oil in my morning cuppa - usually 1 1/2 tsp per 12 oz of coffee).

Try out Christian Zumba on YouTube - Search for mindymandy81 - she has 18 videos. I start w/ Agua Clara, David Dances and move up in intensity from there. Best part - it's FREE!!
