started at 13 stone 6. I've just stepped on and I'm 12 13. I don't generally eat any exercise calories back because I walk everywhere anyway. and that hasn't really changed from when I was 13 stone and not loosing weight to now.

I love pokemon go! Makes me walk that little bit further each day to hatch eggs and what not. There's a pokestop at my gym too so that's a bonus! And I have one at work aswel! haha

i lost a stone and since that day ive been ''rewarding'' myself with whatever food i can eat. Keep saying I will get back on track etc, but cant find the motivation like you! Keep at it, one day at a time :D

25gs of cucumber isnt a lot. I could easily eat 100gs thats like 10 calories? :) all adds up

do something new, i get bored doing the 30 day shred, take a week off, do something i enjoy, i love running so do that often and swimming

I regret not exercising after pregnancy. It's taken 4 years for me to do something about it. BUT I'm glad I didn't wait another 5 years to do something :)

My mum used to be a size 24 (UK) She had her gallbladder out and in two years managed to get to a size 14 and stayed that weight ever since. Not exactly the best way to lose weight but it just fell off her.

Yes I've had this! Went to visit my mum and mentioned how much weight I had lost and my dad was like *you don't need to lose weight* And I said we'll yes actually I do my BMI is in the overweight range. Just out of curiosity is it a salter scale? I brought one thinking it was the best thing ever! Turns out my house doesn't have a flat enough surface for it to work properly and it's 6lbs out. Oh and thinks my 1kg weight weights nothing!
