What to eat after workout
So essentially the gym is a scary part of my weightloss, and while I managed to go and lose weight last time, I feel like a complete noob again. I wanna make sure I'm doing it right and fueling my body after an hour at the gym. What should I eat/drink :)

Epilepsy and diets
Bit of an odd one, does anyone suffer epilepsy? Mines fairly well managed but I ALWAYS end up having a seizure within a couple of days of me being *back on the diet* Anyone else? Single mum's and nightmare children!
So I'm a single mum. I'm happy, I love my child and love my life. I've lost weight in the past and kept it off and this year hoping to do the same. HOWEVER!! this child had now decided hitting kicking screaming throwing etc etc are all fine to do during a tantrum. Today's lasted 30 minutes

Lose skin mummies?
Probably the most vein question And I know losing weight is better for my health and I shouldn't be worried about a bit of saggy skin... blah blah BUT!! is there anyone (especially mums) who have lost weight and skin has bounved back. The more I'm loosing the more my *mum pouch* is sagging and not exactly tightening! :) :)

So according to my scales I've lost 7lbs. I've been logging in to mfp for 20 days. I know a lot of it is water weight and it comes off quickly at the start. I never generally hit my protein goals . Mfp has set it at 50carbs 20 protein and 30 fat If i stick to the calories, how important is getting the right kind of macros? Just wondered how important they were :)

Large Chest Women
What sports bra's do you use? I'm currently a 34H and have shock absorber and it's good but still noticing lots of bounce and straps are starting to rub on my shoulders and cause them to be painful. Just wondered what you all use?

Little success
I saw 12 on the scale :D Been a long time since the scale started with 12 instead of 13! It made me so happy :D 12stone 13 pounds and 8 ounces.... but still a 12! Roll on 11 :D

I want a *gaget* of sorts. Something that will tell me how many calories I have burnt whilst running etc. Is there a gaget you recommend that isn't too expensive? Thanks in advance
