loosing weight too quickly?!

So according to my scales I've lost 7lbs.
I've been logging in to mfp for 20 days.
I know a lot of it is water weight and it comes off quickly at the start. I've been quite busy at work but nothing major and I'm eating to my calorie deficit or until I'm full.
Am I worrying for nothing or am I doing my body harm.
I only originally wanted to loose 1lb a week.

Are you eating any exercise calories back? Also, what is your starting weight? Although I don't think it's cause for alarm quite yet, it might call for an adjustment if it continues.

started at 13 stone 6. I've just stepped on and I'm 12 13. I don't generally eat any exercise calories back because I walk everywhere anyway. and that hasn't really changed from when I was 13 stone and not loosing weight to now.

I lost 7lbs in 1st week but then none in 2nd and 2lb in 3rd so think it's just water weight and will even out soon

Unless you have MFP set to lightly active or active, depending on the amount of walking, be careful not eating at least a portion of those calories back. The difference between then and now is that you were eating to sustain that activity. Now you technically are not. I would not be too concerned about the quick weight loss at the moment, but if it continues, I might start adding 100 calories a day until it levels out. Essentially this all becomes a trial and error game based on the estimate calculations we receive. Not to mention that weight loss is not linear, so don't be discouraged if you see little to no weight loss after this 7lb whoosh.
