I was doing 5 miles each running day.... slowly building up towards marathon training. Strangely on my phone I cannot post comments so have to do on PC??? That makes no sense! No running since Saturday for me. Yesterday was rest day, today was weight training... back at it tomorrow!

My dog was born in the south! Unlike me, but I really don't push her too hard... I actually bought her a cooling bandanna to keep her cooler. Got out a little earlier today to beat the Florida heat... about 2.75 with the dog and then finished up myself for a total of 5.25. A bit of walk/run for potty breaks... for the dog not me! and then just because it is hot I take a few short walk breaks... Hoping to finish out my week with a total of 15 in the books if not…

Runner here! Tough running in Florida but I hate the treadmill and I also hate getting up early to run! Planning on doing my first marathon in February 2018. Terrified and excited all at once! Looking for tips regarding strength training, eating, general training guidelines... I plan on only running 3 days per week.

I have been doing those too although not as consistently as banded... will add them back in although I struggle just as much with them.. my body swings too much when I jump up...

For some reason I was struggling to find a substitute because they all seem advanced. I cannot do a pull up to save my life. I have 2 bands used but I can barely do 3 or so so was hoping for a somewhat easier option or I guess I can just struggle to get in as many reps as I am able even if not what is called for in that…

Yes, regarding the warm up, I know it says to spend 10-15 minutes on it but how much time/reps per exercise? Also having trouble following the Exercise index for modifications of things I cannot do since only have home gym. For example, lat pull down and hyperextensions. Is there an easy way to find these in exercise index.

Are you able to explain more how it may help (or perhaps hinder??) those with thyroid issues... I do IF and believe there are other benefits but would like to understand more, particularly regarding thyroid.

I am starting this tomorrow. I have read the book, started the workout about 2-3 years ago but got sidelined by an injury. I am totally spacing on how the daily workouts go... Can someone dumb it down for me. Not understanding the logs at all!
