Bulking without being at "goal" weight??
I put "goal" in quotes because I really don't know what my goal weight should be. I have a number in my head but I don't know if my body is meant to be that number. Training logs and other questions
I had tried this workout a few years back... got sidetracked by a bad case of tennis elbow (I believe due to the increase in lifting/pushups). Carb amounts
I have calculated my macros (according to IIFYM website). However, wondering what my low carb days should be? Anything under 100?? Under 50 (which is tough for me). I have kind of been doing alternating days of regular carbs (mine are set at 144 with Protein 122 and Fats 61). Am I to up my fats/protein on low carb days??

What can I do for lat pulldowns with limited equipment??
Do not belong to a gym. Do not have a barbell that I can curl. What other suggestions for lat pulldown??? I do have a squat rack/chest press station. There are pullup bars on that but no way I could do a pullup and wondering if they happen further on down in the program. Resistance bands possibly??

Break between stages
Do most of you take a break between stages or move on?? I was not going to break but I just got a new tattoo on my foot and really should not wear shoes... I guess I can do it barefoot (I work out at home)... or I could just do some exercises other then NROL for a week ... Just curious what most have done.

Tracking calories versus tracking macros
Do I really need to be exact with the macro breakdown or can I just stick with my caloric deficit (suggested by TDEE/Scooby)

I just started back up again after a long hiatus off tracking... I had to refresh all my info both online and on my phone app but they are not matching up (entered food on phone app but not showing online on my PC). How do I get them to match up??

So I have been contemplating doing IIFYM... but jeez it seems so much more complicated to me. Hitting/not exceeding your calories is one thing but to try and meet 3 other factors?? Opinions, thoughts on this??

Anyone doing, and advice for a newbie. I have lifted weight in the past but not heavy for a very long time. I have had neck surgery which has definitely affected my upper body strength and also have arthritic knees.

Do I eat at TDEE or below to lose?
I am needing to lose about 20 or so pounds. I am 5 feet 5 inches 159 pounds. I work out by running minimum of 3 miles every other day and currently doing a Jillian Michaels DVD which is about 30 minutes long, mostly weights but also has 2 minute bursts of cardio between sets. I also ride bike on occasion and do yoga here…
