Strong Curves - anyone??

I search on the message boards, I searched under groups, nothing active going on in regards to Strong Curves... Anyone doing this?? Anyone here who can answer a question?? I have a Strong Curves question.... I will be finishing up the Bootiful Beginnings weeks 1 through 4 this week. I do this 3 days per week (run the other 3 days alternating). Anyway, there are 3 different routines and for this phase it said to always do Workout A first day of workout week, which I did. However, weeks 5 through 9 also have 3 different workouts but it says to do A twice a week. How do I do that with only having 3 total weight lifting days a week? To me I would rather do A, B, and C but should I be doing 1 week A, B, A and then the following A, C, B??

    you either do A B C with rest days in between, or AB, rest, AC. You can do it 3 or 4 days a week, whatever works for your schedule.

    You can keep doing it 3 days a week. It's an option to run it 4 days.

    It's not recommended. Your body needs rest.

    No I would not run it like that. You need rest between days because of how the program is written. You can do 4x per week with two back to back days (AB rest AC) or 3x per week rest between each day.
