Do not belong to a gym. Do not have a barbell that I can curl. What other suggestions for lat pulldown??? I do have a squat rack/chest press station. There are pullup bars on that but no way I could do a pullup and wondering if they happen further on down in the program. Resistance bands possibly??

Do an assisted pull up with the resistance bands.
If you have a bar for the rack, can you use that? How much does it weigh? Although barbell curls are not in the program are they?
Handstand pushups?0 -
Further in the program (6 maybe?) there are negative chin ups. The resistance bands are a good idea. That's about the only move I can think of that'd simulate lat pull downs.:)0

I saw a video once of someone using a pully over a squat rack just using the regular plates. Homemade lat pulls!0
