Do not belong to a gym. Do not have a barbell that I can curl. What other suggestions for lat pulldown??? I do have a squat rack/chest press station. There are pullup bars on that but no way I could do a pullup and wondering if they happen further on down in the program. Resistance bands possibly??

Do an assisted pull up with the resistance bands.

If you have a bar for the rack, can you use that? How much does it weigh? Although barbell curls are not in the program are they?

    Handstand pushups?

Further in the program (6 maybe?) there are negative chin ups. The resistance bands are a good idea. That's about the only move I can think of that'd simulate lat pull downs.:)

I saw a video once of someone using a pully over a squat rack just using the regular plates. Homemade lat pulls!
