phone app and website not syncing

I just started back up again after a long hiatus off tracking... I had to refresh all my info both online and on my phone app but they are not matching up (entered food on phone app but not showing online on my PC). How do I get them to match up??

    If you uninstall and reinstall do you lose all your food/recipe information? thanks.

    i reinstalled and its now works but i think my problem was i was not logging out of the app i was in so it did not sync its seems if you don't close the app it does not sync visa versa if you add to the pc it sync when you log out
    do mix up logging out with completeing your entry for the day

    My app syncs without logging out, so you might want to talk to support about that. Granted, it's not perfect and sometimes it takes a bit for the sync to happen. But I stay logged in and that hasn't be a problem.

    And no, uninstalling your app won't delete anything from your food log. All that information is stored on the MFP servers, not your phone or PC, so as long as you don't delete from MFP itself, you're fine.
