Good job! My workouts have been on point... the food not so much but I anticipated that... lots of leftovers of my favs... I am at least tracking them now! I did not track Thanksgiving, Saturday or Sunday...

In reality, I put too much emphasis on the scale and I’m not really sure after seeing the picture of my husband took of me yesterday that I really have much to lose even though the scale tells me another story. It’s the holidays I’m not gonna stress about it I’ll keep it in check when I can!

It all sounds good in theory but I just have no control in social events. I go with the best intentions and blow it. It really seems I need to avoid social events but I won't do that. No one would judge me for not eating all of the food or not drinking but to me that is what social events are all about.

yeah, fun with my friends is my main priority... I had a bad year health wise with surgeries and I am just not going to stress too much over diet this time of year or ever, however, still trying to stay somewhat mindful. Life is too short...

Today was a running day and my daily ab challenged... a little over 4 miles today and about 2 miles of walking. Scale still not budging but that is okay... its not going up either!

Workouts done for the day... 2+ mile dog walk, hit the weights (New Rules of Lifting for Women) followed by 15 minutes interval training on stationary bike.
