  • I know Im late to the party but I bought for about 15$ in Canada (you can probably get it for 65 cents in the states:) what looks like a giant rubber band for chin up assist. It does the same as the more expensive stuff but for cheaper. The downside is that you cant adjust it. Just thought I would add my 2 cents.
  • I really would like to get a general opinion on the plans. I've been on diet and exercise programs for years and I never seen a program that recommends over 2000 calories. Even when I did insanity it wasn't so high! Can anyone shed some light on this? And SMoked33 as you can tell i can't really answer your question.…
