I think she means something that suggests food you can have... eg I plan all my meals ahead but sometimes I get bored of entering the different combinations I can have to get closest to my goals esp. protein fat carbs So if I had 200 cals left for day and x amount of fat protein or carbs, the tool would tell you what fits…

I agree! Although I did count gardening today as never do any and spent 4 solid hours digging up a couple of tree stumps and lugging a bin back and forward.. I feel the same as you! Goal weight can be very confusing. My brother is your height and has lost about 50 pounds and is eating healthily and running 5 days a week. YES! Sooo glad to be doing level 2 tomorrow...can't believe I have actually done level 1 10 times! Feel like I know it inside out now. Definitely feel stronger and think I'm more toned but as I said before I'm weighing and measuring at the end :drinker:

I think UK 10 = US 8 ? The first pic is from 2006 I think I got the birds in 2008, after I lost weight the first time. Didn't put it all back on but this time it's staying off!
