Our gym has 1 cubicle in the changing rooms so everyone has to get changed in front of each other.... I don't mind too much but don't wander round naked, I do a quick change under the towel where possible... Brushing your teeth STRAIGHT after is the worst thing you can do! Your teeth have just been attacked by acid you need to give it at least 20mins before you brush or you're gonna ruin your teeth! Sugar free gum! Or,... Don't start the bulimia thing at all, please... It's not good. :(

Totally agree with this.... it can take a bit to get your head around eating more = losing weight. When I started I was clueless and set MFP to lose 2pounds a week. But I don't have much to lose now so have changed to .5 a week. I've gone from 1200 cals a day to 1530 + eating back 3/4 of my exercise calories. I'm also not…

Don't give up! I didn't lose for 4 weeks! Think that whatever you are doing must be doing SOME good, the scales/tape measure will follow. Always better to do it slowly and healthily as unfortunately there is no quick fix. Good luck!

Mine is 26% I'm 5'5'' and weigh 130. I started at 144 with 31%. I'd love to be at 22% but don't know whether this would be achievable for me as have always had bigger boobs. Even when I was 13 and skinny as!

I think when people see you regularly they wouldn't notice a gradual change but if you showed them the before and after pic they would! Well done!

Dropping out of this challenge.... Gutted to be a quitter but it's not worth it on my poor knee. My hubby has been doing P90X without any problems, he's not overweight in the slightest. He did level 1 with me last night and said I'd be best stopping as his knees are hurting now too! I really hope I haven't made mine…

Knee still knackered, will have to see what Dr says on Monday... went back and did L1 cos I hate doing nothing... If I can't walk tomorrow I'm gonna cry :sad: Even though I haven't done anything since Sunday, still found it pretty easy...

I know exactly what you mean! But luckily mine is usually from work folks... They don't know what I look like under my baggy uniform! Most of my friends are male so it's not usually topic of conversation with them! Luckily my husband and parents know what my goal weight is and agree it is right for me!

Arrgghh so frustrated! Only managed 1 day of level 2 (sunday) my knee is so bad I've been struggling at work and got an appointment for Drs but it's not til Monday :sad: I 'll see how it goes for the next few days but don't wanna make anything worse....
