I find that cheat days, for me, lead to binges, so I try to avoid them. Just have whatever you want in moderation and trying to stay close to your macros everyday, and you won't need to cheat.

Hello there :) Even if you are not trying to restrict calories so much, you're still undereating. 600 calories is really low. Just adding a couple tablespoons of olive oil into your salads, or maybe some avocado or some nuts, you can raise both your fat intake and calorie intake, plus they're yummy and really good for you.…

I think we will all agree that the secret to stop craving certain types of food is allowing ourselves to eat moderate amounts of them once in a while... but dang, isn't it hard to have "just a little"? :bigsmile:

An excess of fiber can interfere with your Calcium, Zinc, Copper and Iron absorption. Also you can get stomach aches from bloating. Nothing is good in excess, that's what the word "excess" stands for. :P

My #1 food craving is a constant battle between chocolate and ice cream. I let myself have a little dark chocolate whenever I crave it, and I have frozen blueberries (sometimes with frozen yogurt) when I crave ice cream, they are delicious. :happy:
