I tend to have Coffee with 2 Tbs of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 to a whole Avocado. On the weekends ( when the wife cooks) Eggs bacon sausage.

There are lots of bread choices. If its the carbs you could try and make form of the paleo breads. I try to make all my foods, That way I know whats in it.

I would say dishes vacuuming VS. scrubbing bath tub and washing cloths by hand.

Just eat foods that don't have T.V. commercials and you will be fine.

Hi I'm john in North Carolina My plan is to hike part of the appalachian trail next year if i have lost enough weight. I walk every day and go to the gym 3 times a week.

Aerobics or zumba is what I would do Possibly using resistance bands.

The water is about all you can really eat. Mcdonald's has apple fries that might be ok. But eating like you have is why you are where you're at now. Fast food is noting but a chemical **** storm.
