I never really used the tools on this sight, I found out last night you can enter a url for a recipe and MFP will do all the calorie calculations. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/box since it was new to me and a lot of my friends.

Do you log condiments?
I log high calorie condiments like Mayo or Ranch or high salt like soy sauce, but not things like Relish, Mustard, Ketchup. So what do you guys do?
