Add me, I love running. Been doing it for around three years but after learning to run 5k I never pushed it further and was happy to just run 5 or so k a few times a week. Then this summer I decided to step it up a gear and started entering races, I did a few 5ks, then moved on to 10ks and am looking to do a half marathon…

Feel free to add me fellow runners :) Running for around three years now but I always pick it up and drop it, usually in the winter I don't run and it's only this year I started entering races. Just getting back into it again now after a few months off and trying to convince myself to get out there in that horrible UK…

Hate breakfast, it's my least favourite meal of the day so I am loathe to eat high calorie when I don't want to, leaving me short for the rest of the day. I've tried it, I have tried everything over the years it has taken me to lose close to 100lbs and for me it makes NO difference whatsoever, as long as my total calroies…

Hello :) Derbyshire, originally West Yorkshire here.

I once yoyoed with 5lbs over a 6 month period. Two weeks is really not a long time, just keep eating right and working out and if your still not seeing a change in another few weeks it might be time to change things up :)
-
Feel free to add me, currently in Derbyshire originally from West Yorkshire :)

Awesome congratulations :)

5 foot and goal weight is 119, higher than the calculators suggest my ideal weight is but I have been at 120 before so know it was right for me.

Hate them with a feiry passion. Can maybe do a handful of proper ones at a time but hate hate hate doing them. As someone said above, give me a 5 mile run over a minute of pushups ANY day!

I don't know what 25lbs means for you in terms of percentage as I don't know your starting weight, but if you have a lot to lose, even though 25lbs is a lot, if it's only 15% of what you plan to lose then it really won't be noticable. Also as others have pointed out if you are still wearing your old clothes and they are…

If I put my gym gear on and intend to work out then I log what I do, if I do it in my regular clothes it's just part of my life so I don't log it. Therefore I would never log things like cleaning or decorating etc. That's not to say I wouldn't perhaps eat a little more on a day when I knew I'd done something MAJOR, and I…

Is Aldi in the USA now as well then? Are they just launching over there or have they been around a while? They have been in the UK for some time now but it's only in the last three years or so they have got more popular. I shop at Lidl and Aldi all the time and it amazes me that people are snobby about it, it's just the…

Brilliant, congratulations :)

Good work :) If you are any thing like me you'll probably find it does get easier now, for the first 30 or so minutes that I run every step is torture but then I get to a certain point where I feel like I could run forever :)

Guilty. I don't know why - I love food, I love how it looks, I love cooking. I don't see it as any different to people posting endless pics of their pets or kids or the progress of their bedroom redecoration etc, you post pics of things that are interesting or appealing to you.

Nothing pisses me off as such but every time I see someone log something as exercise BLATANTLY just because they want to eat more or already have eaten more that day makes me cringe - you are only cheating yourselves people!
