Absolutely delish, really addictive though. Currently on BOGOF at Tesco and you can print some £1 and 50p offer vouchers on the Philadelphia facebook page making it practically free!

I love quorn - eat it often even though I am not a vegetarian. The only one I don't like is the mince, tried it a few times with various recipes and it's just...yuck. I have some 'fishless' fingers in the freezer at the moment as well that I am looing forward to trying :)

Do you have a heart rate monitor to accurately track your calorie burn? If not I would not recommend eating back all the exercise calories as MFP usually very much overestimates (or guestimates). If using a HRM eat back the majority, if you don't have a HRM eat back about half!
-
There are many threads on this forum about eating back exercise calories, I think most people have the same 'huuuuuuuuuh?' reaction when they first hear about it but it makes sense and it works - the vast majority of MFP members do it and have had great success. Just browse the forum a little for 'eating back exercise…

Been trying to get some from Tesco for a few weeks but they never have it, there's a place on the shelf but there's never any there!! If you are in the UK there's a couple of vouchers kicking around for £1 and 50p off, not sure I am allowed to post the links though?

No more miles now guys, the deadline has passed. Wish I could edit the first post as I know people are going to keep trying add miles, no one is going to read through every post on such a long thread lol

Increase slowly if you are worried - if you are going from 1200 to 1800 just increase by 200 week 1, another 200 week 2 and another 200 week 3. Weight loss isn't an exact science and MFP isn't perfect so you might personally find 1600 is enough for you and if you eat more you will gain, or you might find you can eat 2000…

Do whatever is right for you. I used to weigh in once a week as I loved working hard towards a goal all week and then seeing the result on the scale. Once I got closer to my goal weight and the things slowed down weighing in weekly just became discouraging so I switched to every day and now understand every fluctuation and…

Cool how many did you get? Well I've just counted and I think I got exactly 150 miles...excluding duplicate posts and up to the updated deadline I set for comments. Wowser. I am not going to set myself a solid deadline but I am going to aim to get them all done in March. I will be logging everything with my Runkeeper app…

That's my understanding too. If you spend most of your day sitting at a desk job etc but work out - set as sedentary and log (and eat back) your exercise calories. Your 'lifestyle' isn't meant to account for your level of exercise, just what you do day to day. Mine is lightly active because I work from home and spend a lot…

Mine got a little smaller over the years as I was losing weight - then all of a sudden *BAM* they seemed to shrivel up and die over night :( A lot of people seem to lose weight from their boobs first but I guess it was the other way around for me and I saved them til last! Boo!

5ft and currently around 127lbs, ultimate goal about 119lbs but even then I won't look skinny, I didn't when I got down to 121lbs!

Ditto, mine are hormonal and there's no a lot you can do about that if you don't want to start taking some serious hormone altering drugs. Thankfully I don't get one EVERY month, but several times a year, around a week before my period....bam. I don't think any one who's never had a migraine really understands how…

A lot of people here seem to feel obliged to comment on every thing each of their friends does - so I can see why they don't want too many friends and struggle to keep up, but I don't feel the same obligation, I comment when I feel like I have something to say, not just for the sake of 'showing face' and can often go…

Well the good news is he redeemed himself...I went up to wake him and made my presense felt (opening the curtains so I could see to get ready, brushing my teeth in the room etc) and he stirred, I told him I was going to walk the dog and would appreciate if he'd be up when I got back - got back 30 mins later expecting him…

In his 30s! Well, it's 10 minutes until Vacc time....I think I'm gonna have a grumpy boyfriend today, I bet he'll just ignore it until I stop and then go back to sleep any way, he's a stubborn b****!

haha thanks all. Glad I didn't say I'd do it all in a week as I think that would have been biting off more than I can chew, I'll decide how long I will give myself to get it done in once I know the final total...and I suspect the thread will slow down after the initial rush of comments :) I will update it to say the…

It's a while since I have taken it, but the last few times I have it has been under 50. It's good because it means I'm fit, but it's bad because it's a lot harder to burn cals!!

Some interesting solutions, thanks all. I think I will buy a decent arm band from Amazon and try again with that as thinking about it the last time I tried to use one I was probably 50lbs heavier, I may get on better with one now. Plus if it's rubbish I can always return it, Amazon are pretty good about taking things back!
-
I used to use an arm band for my ipod and found it really uncomfortable and was always having to readjust it. (maybe because it was a cheapo one off ebay? Perhaps I'd get on better with a better one?) I definitely wouldn't be comfortable just carrying the phone in my hand, I can drop it just walking around the house never…
