Wow, I can't get enough of looking at your photos. I think the biggest improvements are your shoulders, overall muscle definition, and even your face has changed again. Great work !! I just can't imagine how you feel now when you look in the mirror, but it must be darn good !!

Sooooo the bowl of cereal and milk I just consumed at 1:30am now has to be counted towards tomorrow's 1200 cals, and I'm doing that every night. I really feel hard done by if I'm really hungry and I make myself turn over and sleep. My tummy feels very unloved, unwarm, and unfull :-( Feel great after the cereal though. Pity…

Don't worry about joining a gym. Just walk outside. Or if you've got a bike, cycle as well. Get a good video for strength work like pushups etc. Or spend the money on a treadmill. Just do what you can when you can. Its better than doing nothing at all. Even though you may not be able to plan meals, just type whatever it is…
