How is everyone doing? I'm 5ft2 and needing to lose 75 pounds. Also from Australia. Please check in ladies :-)

How are you? Are you okay Leah?

Ditch the whole milk. That's a lot of fat and goo you really don't need. If you think you should have fat, you could get it from avocados and flax seeds. Please have a read of this https://www.drmcdougall.com/2014/11/01/got-milk-got-disease/

You need perspective! A start weight of 130 pounds is excellent even if you're only 4ft9!! I now weigh 210 pounds and looking back I thought I was fat at 130 (I'm 5 ft 2). Thinking I was fat at 130 pounds (I wasn't!!, looking back I was gorgeous!!) caused depression that caused bingeing. So stop! Stop doing this to…

Good point 👍

Aerobics videos. Indoors and keeps your mind busy. Don't tamper with your eating it will cause binges. Hugs x

I feel like you do. I can't describe its difficult. Stay in touch.

I felt the same. Prior to this I was capable of serious volume eating. I think our stomachs need time to shrink. I like to have a hot beverage after each meal to feel satiated.

No don't try to eat less each day to make up for it! I tried that last week after I ate 1033 cals extra. I was determined it would be easy. I got this I thought. But it stuffs up your daily routine, your sweet spot of number of meals and types of foods. I ended up bingeing even more. Like, seriously more. Then I craved…

Yes indeed it's a learning process and I'm learning after years of food addiction. Thank you for understanding and encouraging me :)

I can't answer I don't know but do try to answer with a little empathy. I'm 1.5 weeks in and still in a learning curve. Negativity is hurtful and same goes for other posters here who answered in a condemning tone. In the past when I didn't reach out and ask for help with the behaviours that kept me a failure I continued to…

I think basically I was having an emotionally down day. I'm upset at some things in life right now that I can't change. There was extra food available (high fat food that my husband eats) and instead of leaving it I ate it. It fed my emotions. It's the age old trap of why I put on weight in the first place. I'm not…

Hi there I could exercise for the next 4 days to at least burn 259 calories each session and not eat them back. I can't bear to eat less than I do so that's possibly a fair solution. For the record, it wasn't worth it ! Thanks so much :)

Thank you everyone. With your advice I have set my perfect deficit. Thank you all very much :) :)

Mine hangs down too. I'm 5ft2 and weigh 210. I'd love to be at 150!!! You're almost at my goal. It's not what you want to become, it's who you must become.
