swam my usual 2.5km yesterday. Switched to 4 sets of 625m instead of 5 sets of 500m for a bit of variation, and to test my endurance. I could feel it. Looking forward to getting some training stuff soon

Thanks for the video, interesting to actually see it! It's more like a play pool than a lap pool by the looks of things, only people are also trying to do laps. Length wise, width wise, diagonally - mayhem! I'm not sure I'd have the patience and tolerance to do any swimming there
