Just got back from the UK, had 5 rather greedy days back! Fish and chips, bacon rolls, Indian curry meal, Sunday roast and copious amounts of alcohol! Five days and 3kgs on! Got that out of my system! Back to clean eating today, starting to feel better! Back to the gym on Friday after a week away.

My exercise is on an indoor rower, if your gym has one and it is the Concept 2, go for it. It is low impact and works at least 84% of your muscles and all you do it seat on your bum. I rowed 6000m on an indoor rower which took me 32 minutes, then cycled for 10 minutes to cool off.

I will be rowing (indoor) for 30 minutes and reclining cycle ride for 20 minutes today after work.

HI, had a good day yesterday. Discovered the Indoor Rower and rowed for 25 mins yesterday and 20 minutes on reclining bike. Feet good today, pity about the cramp in the night though!!
