Your body is likely going into starvation mode and holding on to every precious calorie it can. Breastfeeding will help the weight come off, but you do need to et enough to continue producing milk.

I would love to jump in with all of you. I've been running every week since last November and just started lifting last week. I've been running less to focus on strength, but I still do my best to fit a few miles in every week. I'd love some more friends!

Yeah! Another B210K'er! I'm on Week two right now. I'm not using the 'fu' apps. I downloaded the hundred pushup and the 2 hundred sit up app. I'm doing them in synch, but I'm a day ahead on the pushups. Today is an ON day! Woohoo!

I can't do real push ups very well, either. I think I'm going to go through the program with knee push ups until I feel strong enough to restart it with real push ups. I slacked on starting, but you know what? I'm starting today!
