LOL. That's how I feel sometimes....and no whip. But I have a good workout and load it up with 40-50g of protein so I don't feel bad :)

I can't remember where I got mine from, but trust me I looked at a lot of different entries since they were so many wrong ones. I settled in on the 6 from here and other websites. Ended up going with what was close to this - http://globalassets.starbucks.com/assets/7cd1d989cd0c4ddba75b22d53f7af8bc.pdf

I just got a VivoActive HR, and other than a slight delay as was mentioned above, it closely follows my strap as well as gym machines.
-
I don't think it's 20. At least my body feels like it's 6. That's why I load up on the scoops.
-
They have in on their website. However, I went through and created a meal with all of the different combinations I like. I am one of those complicated drink A* holes as well. This is just the frappacinos. I get skinny mochas otherwise. I just order online now so I don't have to actually tell them.

Just in case someone else was wondering, there is another option that just came out the 735 that is between the VAHR and Fenix3HR and does open swim.
-
I just upgraded from the vivofit 1 w/HRM chest strap to the VivoActiveHR. Loving it so far. Same name on GC.

Unless you truly are hungry from not eating enough
-
Ok, just making sure.

I've seen a lot of good responses to your post but I haven't really seen a true acknowledgement that you understand what others are trying to tell you. I hope I am wrong, and you are not just looking for motivation to move forward on a quest for some type of secret method.

That's was my discovery too. I was all excited about finally finding low calorie meals at Panera until I investigated the sodium. I downloaded their menu and developed a go to list for Panera that fits my needs - unfortunately it's limited to the salads, a limited selection of flatbreads, and the bakery. No paninis for me…
-
I also put my vivofit in my pocket when pushing a cart, stroller, or indoor cycling. It tracks mine in my pocket for me just fine. I heard vivofit3 is supposed to fix that issue.
-
yup...they do have some other low calorie options though that taste pretty good.
-
They have it, in the ones I have visited, for $.50 more (not dependent on # of scoops). Mixes better in cold drinks. Each scoop is about 6g of protein.
-
I'll also add, that my vivofit has been perfect for me in terms of helping me track my eating back calories. I've been maintaining for a while now and I eat back every single calorie. The estimates provided are generally lower than what I get for my fitbit. I don't use a TDEE method and I calorie cycle and I count on the…

I bought my vivofit 1 as an early Xmas present for myself back in 2014. I love it. It's still plugging away. It tracks steps, sleep, calories, I pair it with a heart rate monitor and it tracks virtually any exercise, it's waterproof so I never have to take it off, but most of all, it has excellent battery power. I have yet…

I agree regarding the sodium. Thats why I like to make sure its an exercise day where I will need to replace my lost sodium through sweat.
-
Congrats on your achievement. I agree with the whole self righteous thing. We all eat different. I eat high end, I eat low end. I actually do like Golden Corral...and can make it work, just like I have been able to make Cici's pizza work :). I just haven't gotten around to it as yet, but thanks again for the reminder. I…

Not sure what you consider "healthy" after a group ride. For the past 2-3 weeks I have been having their frappuccinos every weekday with about 5-6 scoops of protein for the half-price happy hour. Roughly 400-500 calories with 40+ protein (depending on the options). If you have a long ride, that probably doesn't even put a…

at first they taste horrible, but you get used to it. I will rather that taste that the extra 300 cals...its not like a twist of orange with water taste good

Me, frozen vegetables, and the microwave have become best of friends these days.
-
My popcorn addiction has changed. Now I get sweet and salty popcorn in a big bag, measure it on my food scale, and have it with my diet soda :)
-
Let me rephrase...the buy in the store type :) If I remember correctly, you probably have great at home cooking recipes for your specific diet.
-
Remember Fresca? I still buy that in Walmart for $1 and drink the whole thing in two days after a hard workout (unless it's a different one). I second coke zero but I am biased to the clear. I like diet sodas I can see through. Maybe I imagine myself drinking water, eventually :)

for me, the only problem with the pizza was my reaction to too much sodium. Otherwise, it fit perfectly into my macros---I found some, low sodium, high fiber, high protein bread/bagels instead that I could use as a substitute. Otherwise, pizza 2 days/weeks

I agree. bagel Tuesday is the one day a month I am there. Mine are from Panera and I just make it part of that day's menu. Membership $xx/month, bagels $-2.50/month - I like.

Golden Corral has a good list of the nutrition for their meals. I have only gone there once in the last 18 months, and the thought did cross my mind. However, I kept it simple - meats, vegetables, fruit (lots of it)...I think I did have some soft serve or the cake. However, it was nothing that I didn't usually have so I…

They use different formulas so they wont be the same. Garmin automatically adds 20% of your BMR and anything above that counts as active calories eligible for transfer. MFP uses some other formula that gives a different number so when it tries to project out your day etc, there is a difference. It could be off by up to 100…

It's not unreasonable even with a Garmin. Weight and speed factors into that. The 3000 steps and 290 calories now is a completely different story unless some other activity was involved but not specifically tracked. Looking at your Garmin activity in Connect might help you investigate that. I do trust my Garmin more than I…

I've figured out that I don't need to change jobs/careers because of putting more of a focus on fitness. Coping skills are much better.
