The program gives you 6 exercises with 10 steps each. Starting at step 1, my 92 year old grandmother squashed it. But once you progress to step 10, in pushups, you'll be doing 1 armed pushups and squashing most guys in the gym.

Great question! For most of my clients I address sleep, Vitamin D, and how they feel after eating. Sleep is priority #1 since studies indicate that people who sleep 6 hours or less have 30% higher insulin resistance. Vitamin D is next since it's more of a hormone and associated with a ton of physical and mental issues. Get…

It's impossible to tell if specific foods are good for the individual person. Drive protein as high as you can. Slightly lower carbs. Eat essential fats. Lift weights. Sleep. Walk.
-
^^This. In fact you can see studies from overseas where they are alleviating the symptoms of cancer with higher protein diets. In the american lifestyle, possibly. But look at where we are getting our meat from. Factory meat full of antibiotics and very low in Omega fats. Stay on top of the headlines by reading…

I do. First meal is primarily fat and protein, sticking with 40g protein or more. Second meal is high fiber, protein and fat. Fruit for snack. Dinner is anything I want. Last night i ate half a pizza.

Back in the day Arthur Jones wrote that the weighted pullover was equivalent to the squat, but for the upper body. Not only does this exercise build the pecs, but it works the delta, lats, long tricep head, abs, and builds up stabilization around the spine.…

Convict Conditioning by Paul Wade. Fetches a price of about $30 on amazon. Best investment I've made in 3 years.

On amazon.com you'll find a book called Convict conditioning by Paul Wade. No weights required AND as little room as 6x6 to complete all exercises.

Fat loss is in the macronutrient manipulation, not making deficits. Not in pills. Not in shots. Not in HCG bull****. Not in doing 2 hours cardio a day. Manipulate protein high, slightly lower carbs by 5-10g a day, eat essential fats. Wash rinse repeat till you get the desired effect. Lift weights 2-4x a week. You know what…
-
See you are missing the point. You write as if food is simply volume. I see food a nutrients, amino acids, individual macronutrients... For instance you could eat 4 apples ingesting 30-40g fructose and be hungry an hour later. Or You could eat 1/4 cup walnuts getting... 113% omega Fatty acids 53% copper 51% manganese 19%…

If you are hungry after a training session, its your body telling you something. A few things to note: The hierarchy of glucose priority is the following: The brain The liver Then insulin with the help of mTOR will decide what tissues get the remainder--->muscle or fat. If you are completing a training session, chances are…

When my pants become to tight, or too loose. Daily water fluctuations and gastric emptying makes this method worthless except over long periods of time. Instead, I measure my body weekly.

Lol if this is your only binge, you'll adapt to it in 3 weeks! Heres what you do step by step! Go to the library Look for the physiology section Get the book titled "Human Anatomy & Physiology (9th Edition)" Read the book cover to cover. Never worry about a slight binge again because you now have a basic understanding of…

It's not about burning calories. We're organic open systems! We aren't bomb calorimeters! With that said it is my belief that if you lift weights 2-4x a week to stimulate lean muscle acquisition or maintenance while cutting fat storage, you're doing it right. Eat a healthy variety of food. Lift weights or perform some type…

logging exercise as 1 calorie helps. Unless you're hooked up to a machine its nearly impossible to "count" calories burned. fudge it and say this: If more cardio based, 100cals per 10mins. If more strength based, 100cals per 30mins. If a little of both, 100cals every 20 mins,

Love this!

Did your doctor say its okay to be on a "diet" while breast feeding? Personally i've seen better fat loss results with women breast feeding at maintenance and lifting weights. Why? Hormones are high and the stimulation of lifting weights signals the body to lose the fat naturally. Cutting calories at this crucial time for…

You're a lot smarter about food choices than most on this site Sara!!!! Don't hate! PS the soy/asian thing is my opinion. It's a critical thinking thing.
-
Again Terrible idea. Its not a personal "Attack". You are on an open forum where everyones opinion counts. If you ask a question like the one above, it opens you up to answers from everyone. So looking at your question to the OP: "(Bentonite Clay, Chlorophyll, and Spirulina with a temporary VLCD) From what you know and…

diets are temporary....they are meant to fail.....
-
Okay i'll clarify for the new members. 1) Dont change everything at once, thats for new years resolutioners. 2) when making decisions on food to eat and avoid, slowly get rid of things that have negetive impact on hormonal homeostasis. IE: Soy. Soy, unless you are asian, is very bad for you due to photo/xenoestrogens and…

I love it but at this point in my journey, its muscle wasting. Not a magic bullet. works for some but not all. Solely based on macro distribution thorough the day/week. If you don't lift weights, don't IF.

Avoid nothing! Everything in moderation including exercise. /endthread

Water weight gain post sodium is normal. Balance it out with potassium.

30 is the new 20! I'm nearly 40 and look and feel 25 due to health and fitness! If able, hire a good PT in your area and learn how to lift weights in the gym. You'll me a ton of people who like lifting and will keep you motivated. My biggest tip is to slowly change what you do negatively, into positive things. Don't try to…

On leg day add weighted hip thrusts and finish with 3 sets of bridges. If you don't understand what I mean, hire a personal trainer and get a full body program. PS if you don't already have the muscle available, you'll be spinning your wheels till the cows come home.

Fantastic work!
