Any high protein/fat meal with some carbs. You arent stuck at 500! Perfect meal for me would be about 6oz-9oz of chicken breast with some type of marinade, almonds, olive oil on broccoli. Are you eating about 2k or more on your regular days?

I wouldnt say conflicting advice really. what we normally have are people who are new and think 1200 is easy! so they eat 1200cals and workout 7 days a week plateau fail...deactivate. Then you have the 1200 crowd thats doing it right! They set to 1200 and workout 3-5 days a week and eat back all or most of their calories…

So you dont work out. At your height and weight 1600-1800 should do fine for fat loss but please take 30-60 mins every few days to do some type of body weight work. Get those muscles stressed so your body would want to keep em!
