Its funny how people think they "bomb" a day. I wrote the original "In place of a road map" because of those posts. It really opens your eyes to how much you most likely burn vs what you consume. Eccellent data BTW. Most calculators give me about 2300-2500. My fitbit average broken down by month comes out to 2400. This stuff is pretty accurate! Having a fitbit will help! Just eat more for a short time to get leptin levels high then cut.

You have no clue what you are doing. Well at any rate youll have better fat loss at a slight deficit from TDEE. Thats close to 2k. My recommendation is seek help fast! Learn how food works in your system and get help! Dont pass GO! Dont collect $200!

A woman of your height and weight with Light activity: BMR 1420 TDEE 1953 Underweight by 14lbs but still in the lower part of normal weight. Any lower and youll be underweight. Perfect weight for you is appx 144lbs. To lose fat you shouldnt go below 1600 due to LBM loss. You are dieting wrong. Hows the monthly cycle?

You do realize that after a certain point the body stops burning fat and catabolizes LBM. Anywho it sounds like a lot of unnecessary work for something I can get eating right and lifting. Good luck on your journey!

You dont eat enough for 30DS. Start eating 1500-1600 daily and dont eat back the exercise cals and youll lose the fat. Wait...whats your body fat%?
