Recently read a study about gargling sugar water to cure the cravings... http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/252635.php

I ate most of my calories after 6pm yesterday and lost weight.
-
I just figured out my TDEE on active and rest weeks. Took about 2 months to figure out but it was well worth it.
-
OP are your photos current? You would probably want to only cut about 15-20% from TDEE once you figure that number out. PS you look pretty damn good.
-
(((HUGS))) I was being snarky.
-
Figure out what tdee is and slowly Inc calories to that point. slight water fluctuations are fine but any gains that last more than a few days would be counter productive. once you figure out true tdee you can do anything. good luck!

I don't know about you but I fear for our future nurses! op while running around and going to school and brushing your teeth and eating drinking masturbating lifting walking.....you probably burn upwards of 2200-2500 cals a day. Hence the information labels on all food containers have the words "based on a diet of…

Are you eating back your calories burned from activity? What's your height and body fat%?
-
Working at a lower body fat% means you'd need a smaller deficit. Try to retain as much LBM as you can while cutting and measure weekly progress with how you progress with weights and losing size in your waist. For instance someone like me lost the majority of my weight at 1600-1800 calories. Now I'm at 2k because 1600-1800…

Perfect place to hide an ED or to show your true fear of food and physiology. Congrats on your loss but I'd stand you next to any of my women who are losing at the same clip as you and watch you fail at deadlifts, squats and bench press. At low cals its best to walk daily and rest. Anything more and you're doing more harm…

Can't figure out why people are scared to eat what's suggested on most food labels. All info on food labels are for diets 2000-2500. Most of the success I've seen on this site is from people eating at or near those numbers and working out 3-5x a week. *shrugs* I blame lack of understanding for basic physiology.
-
Search Daisy_Cutter and read her success. She once did 1200 and has a great story about higher cals.

You'd have better weight loss once you regulate using the extra calories. Probably why you only have a 13lb loss since June. Eat more and become more efficient working out and you'll see better losses and higher energy.
-
the only comment i'll leave is this... Fat exists for specific reasons. Eating 1200cals isnt the answer for all people. The 4 major biological functions of fat tissue are (1) energy storage (2) toxin storage (3) protection against insulin resistance, and (4) protection against estrogen decline in women. Eliminate the…

I didn't even see that! I want to punch everyone in this gym now!

Powerlifting. Have you seen pro powerlifters? Lifting is one of the best ways to lose fat and improve composition.

I work in a kids store and I was reading those 2 posts while at work. Pure gold!

BWAHAHAHAHAAAAAAH!!!!

Lol

I'm now at my DL weight.

When I was able to do the truffle shuffle then it was a good time to lose it.
-
C on rest days and F on lift days.....

Eat whatever you want in a deficit to lose weight. Eat proper macros for better body composition.
-
Probably not a good idea judging from your photo. Slowly reintroduce carbs into your life and read up on physiology.

Perfect weight for 5'2" is about 115. Find TDEE and eat slightly below it. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

I ate almost a half a pizza last night and feel fantastic. Lets remain objective on this thread.

Its true. I'm an intermittent faster and it took me a while to understand emotional hunger and ghrelin response. When i'm emotionally hungry I think of food and get hungry. When ghrelin response happens its at set times during the day when my body needs nutrients. I'v trained myself to have ghrelin response at 2, 6 and 9pm…

Choose to eat 1600-1800 daily and workout 3x a week. Do this for 2 months or through the holidays. I bet youll lose weight faster than the ups and downs I see on your diary.
