The best indicator of future behavior is past behavior. Have YOU joined a gym before? If so, what did you do? Did you go? Personally, I join a gym and go for a while then get bored. BUT, if I work out at home I stick with it. I use videos and workout at home by myself.

You are losing water weight if you are eating at a calorie deficit.. blood sugar is carried around the body attached to water molecules and when you have less blood sugar readily available you lose water weight. I get the salmon or tilapia - both aren't too bad.. and one bowl of minstrone no cheese.. water with lemon :D Skip the bread sticks - they taste like cardboard and aren't worth it!

Fantastic! It's hard to notice when you see someone everyday. It happened to me a lot where the people I saw everyday didn't notice and the people I hadn't seen in a while noticed bit time! Hang in there and people will start to notice..

It seems like most of what you eat is processed foods. Cut out soda and processed foods. Eat whole foods, raw fruits and vegetables and I bet you'd see a big change... Lose weight in the kitchen & get fit in the gym...
