You will probably get lots of responses to your question, and just remember everyone is different! All I can tell you is what works for me. I HAVE to eat something before I work out, if not I get sick to my stomach, light headed and usually end up quitting half way through. Sometimes work requires me to work out in the am.…

I did the Brazil Butt lift for about three weeks. To me it wasn't a good stand alone workout, I think it really needs to be done in conjunction with something else. But in those three weeks I did notice a differnece. I like to huff and puff and drip sweatt, and this didn't do it for me. I t was a nice break between RevAbs…

If your two months into Chalene Extreme, I think Turbo Fire will be fine! I hadn't done cardio like hers in awhile (I did P90X, RevAbs then Brazil Butt Lift), I am in my third week and still have a little trouble following along, but there is a "new to class" option that will give you the breakdown of the routine until you…

If you are excersing you need good carbs to support that energy requirement. Your carbs should be around 60-70% of total calorie intake. Keep your fats to 15-20% and your proteins will take care of the rest. Anything under 1200 calories and you are putting yourself at risk to actually lower your metabolism, not speed it…

Wow, Adriene, that is quit a story! I feel bad for you, you have been through alot. If I didn't workout everyday and eat right I would be that "fat girl" too. I love to eat, I love to cook and make large course meals, but it is just me and my husband, so that don't work! I have come to realize that I am happy making those…

Did P90X Sept - Dec 2009 and finished with amazing results! Like the program and company so much that I signed on to be a coach for them. The workouts are hard, but like the glfprncs2 says they are modifiable. There is a fit test that is in the P90X fitness guide when you order that you should do, but I suggest googling…

You are putting yourself out here to get advice, so I wouldn't think that you would be lying and it doesn't sound like you are lazy! You mention your weight but what about your measurements? I did a strick intake this past week to get me going again - I lost a total of three inches however, my weight STAYED THE SAME! Are…

I like the "Back to Nature" granola. It comes in a variety of flavors and they even have little "to-go" bags. I tried to make my own (several times) and couldn't find a recipe that would either A) turn out how I expect granola to be, nice and crunchy or B) cost less than bying it.

Sweet chili sauce with garlic has become a favorite of mine lately! Hoisin sauce is great too!

First I have to say that everone is different, and what work for one (or one hundred) may not work for you! You said you are feeling good and you don't have your craving, well to me that is a big part of it. Losing weight is not only physical but just as much mental! What kind of exercising are you doing? How long and how…

You said you were working out but still only eating 1200 calories? You should factor in the calories burned through exercise, that should put you back up to eating 1800 or so calories. You say you gained weight but what are your measurements? I have found that I can actually go up in weight but down in inches. Since muscle…
