I haven't noticed it double logging anything so far, just giving me more calories when I use the HRM.

Mine came undone for the first time today, I was carrying in groceries and the bag handle slipped down and unclipped it. I haven't had a problem with mine coming undone at all, aside from that one time. I wonder what we do differently.

Maybe you walk around more than you think? Mine does when I use the HRM with it because it can 'see' the effort I put in while weight lifting and doing yoga, rather than just seeing me as sitting nearly still for an hour.

I gave in and bought some expensive (but on clearance) north face running capris with a draw string and they just stay right where I put them. :laugh: I am SO GLAD I am not a guy!!! Women just get dressed as quickly as possible and do their hair/makeup. Very rarely, you get the body competition ladies that like to do their walk in heels and a thong but even that isn't quite so awkward.

EXACTLY! If I want a junky day, I either accept the consequences (a possible gain) or I do exercise to cover the junk I might want to eat. The food is sometimes worth it (say a wedding or a special date with the hubs) but taking a nice long walk/hike is almost always enjoyable and easy to do. If I just feel lazy, I keep…

That sounds more like a hernia than an inflamed appendix. You'd have a fever and probably vomiting by now. With a hernia, as long as it doesn't get strangulated, you can live well enough without surgery (and you will know if it does, you'll get REALLY sick; high fever, vomiting) but don't do anything that makes it hurt…

If he had bought you a whole pizza, couldn't you have split it into manageable portions and kept it for lunch during the next few days? That way it didn't go completely to waste and neither would your healthier eating. Also, be more assertive, no means no, not 'aw, go on then!'
