  • Thanks for the responses. I think I'm going to add some more weight lifting and do some other cardio along with my runs. Kirsty140185 I have been running for 20 years. It has always been an outlet for me.
  • J Crew has some great bathing suits that are skirt bottoms and you can always get a tankini top. I've just has my 3rd child and I will be wearing a skirt bathing suit this summer. No one needs to see my stretch marks and cellulite. Good luck and congrats on making your goal!!!
  • I'm very frustrated too. I work out everyday, watch what I eat and I'm nursing. I have been at the same weight for over a month now. Makes me want to give up, but I will keep trying. Have 10 pounds of baby weight to loose still.....
  • Alternate between jogging and walking. Try doing a mile the first week, then do 1.25 the second week. Build up slowly! Good luck!
  • Thanks for all the support everyone!!! I know we can all loose the baby weight, its just going to take time. I've been trying to rush it and I just need to remind myself to slow down, that it will eventually come off.

  • I would love to join! I and 5'3" and have a bout 7 pounds to loose. Having a tough time loosing these last pounds. I run 6-7 days a week and run 45-55 miles a week. I have totally plateaued.
  • I'm 5'4 and 124. Got down to 117 this summer and want to get back to that weight. It just seemed to pile on in Sept. and Oct. Still working out almost every day and trying to stay under my calories. Hope to make my goal by Thanksgiving.

  • I run every day with my 2 1/2 year old and my 14 month old in a double stroller. I usually stop at a playground or do something special for them after the run and I let my older one bring little toys with him (the younger one would just throw them out of the stroller).   • I'm having the same problem!!! I've put on 5 pounds in the last week and a half!!! I know I haven't made the best food choices, but I'm working out like crazy- I've run over 90 miles in 2 weeks)! Don't really understand it, it's very frustrating. Need to eat more salads and drink lots of water......
