Yes the mobile Apps is great as you can record the food / drinks / exercise as it happens, and not forget, intentionally or unintentionally :) I have found it a really good to lose weight and can eat as much as I'm prepared to exercise away, which I haven't tried before Good luck with your goals and feel free to add me

Every morning for me at home .... also have a sneaky look at night which I know is a bit like I have a compulsive disorder but I find it really helps me just see what's happening with my body. g

Good luck with your goals, I have become almost evangelical about the app and the site after loosing 13lb (I have another bit to go ). I now feel like I want to exercise and feel great about myself, soon you will to :)

I'm trying to swap crisp for celery and banana's and find that just looking at the label on stuff really helps.. I pick up two sandwiches one is 221 cal the other 546 ... before I would have just picked what I fancied. I have become a label and an app fanatic . good luck with the weight loss :)
