Failure, I dont think so !
So I set the goal of loosing 19 pounds before my Birthday.... I didn't make it as today is my birthday ... by one whole pound .... I'm 11 stone 1 not the target 11 stone. I need a crisp substitute (chip for nice american people)
I can eat a lot of celery, salad, raw veg and alike, but what I crave is crisps and would really like to find a healthy alternative. Anyone have any substitutes for that particular type of "nom nom nom loveliness" I would be eternally grateful thanks :smile:

Weekends are trouble
I'm doing ok in the week when I can make choices myself and do extra exercise in the lunch hour (even if it's just a walk) but come the weekend and I put half of it back on again... So my weight loss looks like a set of stairs .Anyone have a have a way getting over the weekend ?
