I think something is better than nothing nad MFP, does tell you how many times a week and for how long, for example mines say workout 3 times a week for 30 minutes.. so I workout 5 times a week for 30 minutes at least sometimes I can only do 20 minutes , so i really try to balance it out. Hi, I am doing 3 different video's - TAE BO, JULIANA MICHAELS and ZUMBA. I alternate between the three, so far I have lost pounds and inches. Hope that helps you.

I weigh myself every morning they say don't but I do, I GET HAPPY WHEN I SEE WEIGHT LOSS OR I MAINTAIN IT from a long weekend of party foods( graduations,cookouts, wedding etc.....) small baby steps for me, but do what makes you happy... and good luck on your journey:smile:

I was going to ask the same question, I have a pedometer and it stated I lost 224.1 calories but when I punch in the numbers on MFP, it stated I lost 459 calories?????, which one do you believe?????

I dropped pop/soda several years ago- no side effects, i drink no calorie drinks now..... wonderful subsitute. Good luck

Hi, hope this helps, I too, cant do with out coffee- headaches come on quickly, I went to instant coffee, Folgers and put peppermint mocha creamer by coffee mate-Instant coffee has no- calories and you can have 4 tsp of the creamer=60 calories and I use organic suger=15 per tsp. Peppermint is suppose to help with headaches…
