I read on the net that spinach, garlic and soya is not good - but i love those food! Its funny i'm a fattty that actually like healthy food! :happy: But to be honest i really don't know how accurate that is.

Maybe eat less and excercise more on Friday and Sunday to balance it out?

Hey, Its nice to hear that people are seeing results. I'm on 100mg of thyroxin too. I really do hope I'm not doomed to be fat and I can lose weight like you guys :-)
