Thanks, for your feed back, I guess I'm on the right track, just need to keep at it. I'm on the right meds, I see an endrocronologist every 3 months, my levels for t4 and t3 are good right now.

Recently I've been drinking mojito's without sugar syrup - that way its very low cal. Its not sweet but after a few u can't really tell. Mint and Lime (guessing not much there calorie wise) + bacardi about 70 cals + soda water 0 cals, so all in all your about 70ish cals. You don't have to drink cocktails you could have…

I started at 140 and am now 134 (I want to be 120, but may settle for 125), this all came off in one month since joining MFP, but now i'm worried its going to slow down as I haven't seen any changes on the scale this last week even though I'm excercising more now.

I'm indian and indian food is not that bad as long as you don't go for creamy sauces. Avoid anything that say's 'butter' in the title as in butter chicken. Have the veg, daahl is good as its lentils and avoid anything hat says makhani as this is also creamy butter. All the grilled meats as starters is a good option, tikka…

So you max heart range is 220-yor age Iset my high and low between 60% and 70% which is the fat burning range. So work out what your max is and then set your Low at about 60% and your high at 70% so you are within the fat burning range. I hope this helps.

I just got mine today too I think the hi and low are your heart rate ranges you want to work in (i think) Also i don't think you switch it off, after 5 mins of inactivity its meant to revert to a normal watch

Firstly, sounds like your grabbing something because you are so hungry. No matter what time you get up, you should have breakfast to break your fast! as in you body has not had any food while you've been sleeping. So have breakfast at 4.00 / 4.30 porridge, fruit, toast whatever you fancy and see if that keeps you on track.…

Technically it is possible - losin 2lb a week. However in your pictures you don't look like you have much to lose so it may not be healthy for you to be able to lose it. You'll need to burn 7000 cal a week to lose 2lb

I'm no expert but generally its best to spread them across the day so your metabolism is constantly working. However on the odd occassion saving them to the end or having more in the beginning will trick your metabolism and keep working harder (well so i've heard)
