Okay, so I've been reading loads of recipes & posts of people raving about the amazing Spaghetti squash. But, I've never heard about or seen one in the UK.

Anyone know if & where they sell these?? I'm dying to try one.

Grow your own. That's what I did last year. It's only seasonal then but it's available fresh stock without having to find a Waitrose. Seeds are easy to find, even if the produce isn't. Wilkos sell the seeds, as well as most garden associations.

My Mum has a big allotment, so she could grow some. Do you know when they need to be sown?

I'll also keep an eye on waitrose- thanks!

For some of the more unusual vegetables then you should try your local Asian food shops. A lot of the time they stock something they found at the market and thought was interesting! Though it won't be in season for quite some time yet.
