Should I change my Goals

Hi Guys

I've got about 10-15lbs left to loose and this week I have lost 0!
I'm not too dissappointed, as I know there are other factors involved but I'm a bit worried i'm not eating enough for what I am excercising at the moment, I do feel hungry a lot of the time and have my profile set to loosing 1lb a week (i ended up loosing 7lb in 30 days). So do you think my body needs more food? Should I change the goal to 1/2 lb? I'm scared, just incase I end up gaining weight, I have a lot of weddings coming up and I need to be able to fit into my outfits.

Any advice?

    I can't see your diary. It is either not enough calories or not enough good quality foods. Foods that keep you full and satisified. Its is not about cutting back on the bad stuff but cutting it out and eating healthy clean nurtitious foods

    If your eating alot of foods that are not healthy and nutrious you body will be hungy. Same if you not getting enough calories. It is a balance

    I'm 5'3/5'4 and weigh 134lb (61kg), today i am just sooooo hungry! lol
