I log everything, everyday. I do this for maintenance and it is great. I lost weight initially with Weight Watchers. I am a lifetime member and have no huge weight loss story....and would like to keep it that way, hence I log, everything, everyday.

That is the best comment i have heard in a long time. 5-10 -15-20 doesn't matter it is all relative and a doesn't make you less real because you are now at the 5 - 10 bls to lose side of the spectrum.
