I started out with 5# and then had to go and buy 3#. 5# was just too much for some of the exercises. I'd say start with 3# and if gets too easy then go to 5#. Good Luck! It really does work.

I asked my doctor this question and she said as long as it doesn't have caffeine you can count it as water. The only thing that Diet/ Caffeine Free Coke has that water doesn't is a small amount of sodium. I think there is actually more sodium in a flavored water. So in my opinion as long as you choose Caffeine Free as well…
