  • I do if I exercise too close to when I eat. Working out first thing in the morning before I eat works best for me, might be worth experimenting with the time between meals and exercising to see if it works for you at all.
  • There are some free vidoes of her on YouTube as well, so you could try them and see if they work for you.
  • If you l like Jillian MIchaels, check out her Body Revolution program. It's also a 90 day program with 30 minute workouts, although if I remember correctly some of the videos end up being longer than 30 mins with warm up and cool downs...but you could probably adjust as necessary.
  • I would definitely combine it with other programs, especially since some of the workouts are less than 20 minutes. I've been doing it for about a week, but I'm combining it with P90X3
