30 min or less videos

Looking for something like T25. I finished that and then did hip hop abs but was not as impressed with it. I was thinking about starting p90x3 but not so crazy about the 7 day a week work out schedule and chin up. I liked t25 it was 5 days a week with stretching on Sunday, for 25 min. I work out in afternoons after I get home from picking my son up from daycare. My husband sometime gets home a little after 5 or so but he is still working when he gets home to get everything ready for the next day. Then we have about an hr or 2 for all of us to spend time with each other. When I did the hip hop abs some lasted an hr so I cannot do that again. I also liked the non repetitiveness of t25 cause doing the same work out over and over for a week burns me out quickly.

Looking for exercise video schedule with minor equipment (dumb bells, band, or glove weights)
30 min or less
at least one day off a week
Not very repetitive.
prefer more know about videos not you tube videos of unknown trainers doing exercises. (I have also heard of fitness blender too but might be interested in them later but not right now)

Thanks

If you l like Jillian MIchaels, check out her Body Revolution program. It's also a 90 day program with 30 minute workouts, although if I remember correctly some of the videos end up being longer than 30 mins with warm up and cool downs...but you could probably adjust as necessary.

The Firm Calorie Explosion is comprised of four 12-minute workouts, plus a 3 minute warm-up and 4 minute cool-down/stretch. So pick two of the workouts, never skip warm-up and cool-down and you have a great 31 minute workout.
  • great thank y'all. Anyone else have any suggestions?

I absolutely love P90X3. Been doing it for about 4 weeks now.

I started out not being able to do but one pull-up and using the pull-up helper. I can now do 4 pull-ups and getting stronger. Still a long ways to go but, hey, progress is progress.

It seems like the 30 minutes just flies by due to all the variety in the different workouts.

  • Thank you pcdoctor for that wonderful list. I just found out yesterday that p90x3 is not for me. I want fast paced like t25 with no or just a few second breaks that keeps your heart rate up the whole time

A mix of Jillian Michaels workouts (if you like her) would be ideal
