Have you measured inches at all? Since you are working out you may be loosing fat and replacing with muscle :-)

I have a strange schedule. So right now I am at work - it's currently 1233am on 7/17 but I am logging everything tonight as for 7/16 since my day started then. Hope that makes sense!

I'm a 3rd shifter. I work part time as a receptionist at a nurse triage line so I know your pain. I started my journey mid may and am down 25 pounds but I am having a struggle as well. There are days I get off at 7am, go home go to bed for a while and also sleep that night (i'm then off for 3 nights) so struggle to eat…

I tried this diet a little over a year ago. Barely lasted a week, I was so hungry and felt light headed. I may not have followed it properly though but don't think I'd try again
