Weight loss = calories in v calories out. Problem 1, you are not weighing your portions so when you say you are not eating that much, you are guesstimating. Problem 2, you are not eating fats or protein which means the weight that you are losing will include muscle mass and not losing as much fat as you think. Imho opinion…

Ok so didnt do a workout yesterday but went for a 25 minute walk over lunch. This morning I had an hour functional training session and this evening I'm doing crossfit :) Hope you all have a fantastic day.
